As of this posting, Google shows zero results for this word. Hence, I am claiming authorship.

This word was created in order to save space on notes.

Being curious about the precise definition of your word, I looked up:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inflammation

It says that "...inflammation is the response of the organism to the pathogen."

Does the inflammocyte cause inflammation, or is just a cell in the inflamed region?

Wanted to rework the comment a little:

An inflammatory cell (or inflammocyte) is an immune cell that participates in the response against a foreign body or antigen and produces inflammation by the release of factors, activation of other immune cells, and direct action upon the local tissues.

It is not just a cell in the inflamed region, as normal tissue cells cannot produce these effects (some exceptions) and are not part of the immune response.
